Get fit, have fun – do karate

Seido Karate Whangarei just loves new students, and folks returning to Seido. Maybe you’ve done karate before, maybe not. It doesn’t matter, so long as you’re over 10 years of age and willing to give things a go, then Seido Karate might just be for you. Or, if you are 10 and your parent/caregiver is up for some training too, then talk to us as we really like whanau training together.

Seido Karate is a traditional martial art for the 21st century. Here in Whangarei we emphasise getting fit, having fun, and learning new life skills – things like self-defence, growing your ‘no quit’ attitude, developing your self-confidence and being an all around decent sort of person.

Instructors Rob Forlong (6th degree black belt) and Bronwyn Dalley (6th degree black belt) have over 60 years’ karate experience between them – they’ll look after you and yours, and make sure you have a fine old time.

Come along and watch a class, or join in – your first two sessions are on us, and after that, classes are as cheap as chips – $8 for the week, even less if you buy a 6-pack (and hey, who doesn’t want a 6-pack?).
